An explanation of each section see below.
  1. Pin Microsite: Microsites can be pinned at the individual user level. When a microsite is pinned, it appears at the top of the Hub for that user, making it easier to access frequently used content. Any user when they are logged into the Hub simply hovers over the microsite and clicks on the pin icon.             
                     

  • Customize Vendors/OEMs Visible on Hub: Microsite visibility can be controlled at the partner company level. Administrators can configure which microsites are visible to all users within a specific partner organization, ensuring that only relevant content is accessible.
  • Customize specific Vendor/OEM Microsite: Access to Vendor/OEM microsites can be managed at the partner company level. Administrators can control visibility on a per-microsite basis, allowing them to restrict access to specific tiles as needed. This ensures that users only see the content that is relevant and appropriate for their organization.
  • Customize Partner Notes to specific Vendor/OEMMicrosite: By default, the Notes section appears below the Vendor Rich Content Overview. However, Administrators have the option to reposition the Notes section above the Partner Overview at the partner level, depending on what makes the most sense for their workflow. The Partner Notes section is divided into two parts:
    1. Partner Notes (Company Level) These are administrative notes visible to all users within a partner organization. They are typically used for sharing important company-level information such as Account Manager details, service level agreements, or other relevant updates.
    2. MyNotes (Individual Level)These notes are private and visible only to the individual user who createdthem. They are ideal for capturing personal reminders or user-specific contextthat doesn’t need to be shared with others.
  • Requesting Vendor/OEM Microsite be created oredited: At any time while using the Hub,users have the option to request the creation of a new Vendor Microsite. Thisfeature allows users to suggest additional content or resources that would bevaluable to have readily accessible within the Hub.
